The Mercedes Metris is a mid-size cargo van, larger than a compact van like the Ford Transit Connect but smaller than a full-size van like the Mercedes Sprinter. Metris shelving and partitions are vehicle-specific and do not interchange with either category. Sprinter equipment is too tall and too long for a Metris, and compact van equipment does not use the Metris mounting points.

The Mercedes Metris cargo van was offered in standard and long wheelbase, in a single roof height. Shelving runs are sized to the cargo length, so confirm which wheelbase you have before ordering.

Ladder racks on a Metris

The Mercedes Metris is not a stand-up van and has limited interior height for long material, so a ladder rack does more work than on a high roof van. Work Van Equipment carries Holman and Prime Design ladder racks, including drop-down designs that lower the ladder to waist height for loading.
