Why fit a partition?

A partition separates the cargo area from the cab, stopping tools, ladders, and materials from shifting forward in a sudden stop. It also improves climate control — heating and cooling the cab is far more efficient when you're not conditioning the whole cargo area — and adds security by keeping equipment out of sight.

Steel, aluminum, or composite?

Steel is the most affordable and the toughest, ideal for heavy-duty work. Aluminum weighs less, preserving payload and fuel economy. Composite is the quietest — it dampens road and cargo noise noticeably — and offers the cleanest finished look.

Solid, perforated, or windowed?

• Solid panels — maximum security and noise reduction
• Perforated panels — lighter, with some airflow and visibility
• Window kits — rear visibility while keeping the barrier
• Sliding door — lets you pass between cab and cargo without stepping outside
• Dog door — a smaller pass-through opening

Getting the fit right

Partitions are matched to your van's make, model, and roof height. A Ford Transit high roof partition will not fit a mid roof, and a Sprinter partition will not fit a ProMaster. Contoured partitions follow the shape of the van wall for a tighter seal; straight partitions sit flat and are typically mounted further back. How long is the warranty?
Holman partitions carry a 3-year warranty. Ranger Design carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty.

Can I install it myself?
Yes. All partitions ship with mounting hardware and most install in a few hours.

Will a partition fit my van?
Partitions are vehicle and roof-height specific. Tell us your make, model, and roof height and we'll confirm the right fit before you order.
