If you have obtained an RA# from WorkVanEquipment.com, we will credit your full purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee with agreement to the following policies:
- The product has never been assembled/installed.
- The product is in the original box with all internal protective packaging intact.
- The product is in new or resalable condition.
Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days after receiving. No collect shipments are accepted. Please do not return your merchandise without obtaining an RA# and a return warehouse address that your merchandise needs to be shipped to. It may or may not be the same address the merchandise was shipped from.
If these conditions are not met, WorkVanEquipment.com will take digital photos and email them to you to document the reason(s) why credit will not be issued.
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed once your returned merchandise has been received at our warehouse.
