Unauthorized Kargo Master Dealers on 3rd Party Marketplaces

Kargo Master has made an official statement that these marketplaces are not authorized dealers, despite the webpages on these sites saying so. It cannot be guaranteed that these products are genuine Kargo Master parts, and Kargo Master highly recommends avoiding purchasing from these sellers.

If anything were to happen to the product in years to come, Kargo Master requires proof of purchase to file warranty claims. They do not accept marketplace receipts as proof of purchase. This means these products aren't covered under warranty.

The easiest way to spot an unauthorized dealer is if they are selling on a marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, or CARiD.
